FAQ

When should we book a December holiday party?

Earlier than you’d think. Friday and Saturday evenings in the first three weeks of December are
typically gone by August or September. Prime weeknights (Wednesday and Thursday) fill by
mid-October. If you’re reading this in October or later and looking for a December Friday or
Saturday, we’ll likely point you to a Sunday brunch, a weekday lunch, or a January date –
those are the slots that consistently have availability.

Are there off-peak holiday rates?

Yes. Sunday afternoons, weekday lunches, and dates after January 2 carry reduced food and
beverage minimums during the holiday stretch. The discount varies by date and group size, but
the practical effect is that a group of 60 can book a Sunday afternoon for noticeably less than
the same group on a Saturday night. If budget is a constraint, ask us about off-peak options
early – they go quickly too.

Can you build a holiday-themed menu?

Yes. Seasonal options include carving stations (prime rib, turkey, ham), winter braises, root
vegetable sides, and shareable apps that work for cocktail-style holiday parties. On the bar side,
we offer mulled wine, spiked hot chocolate, holiday cocktails and mocktails, and craft beer
flights featuring our seasonal releases. We can also do a non-themed standard menu if your
group prefers our regular offerings.

Do you do New Year’s Eve private events?

Yes, with limited capacity. New Year’s Eve typically books as a full buyout or as a private back
room reservation with a fixed seating time. We accept these reservations starting in September
and they’re usually committed by mid-November. NYE pricing is separate from our standard
private event minimums.

Can we bring decorations and a gift exchange setup?

Yes. Personal decor is welcome – table centerpieces, themed signage, photo backdrops, and
tabletop displays all work. We ask that nothing be adhered to the walls or ceilings. For Secret Santa
or White Elephant exchanges, we’ll set up a gift table near the entry and coordinate the timing
into your event flow. If you want a Santa visit or a hot chocolate cart, we can recommend
vendors we’ve worked with.
