Yes. With a signed event contract on file, we’ll invoice the company directly on net-30 terms
rather than running a card the night of the event. We can also accept POs from companies that
require one for vendor payments – just provide the PO number and billing contact when you
book. A deposit is typically required to hold the date; the balance moves to an invoice.
A wireless handheld microphone is included for toasts, speeches, and announcements. For
laptop-driven presentations, we have an HDMI input and can project to a screen in the private back
room – this works well for keynotes, slide-based product demos, and award presentations. For
larger AV needs (multiple screens, professional sound, recording), we rent the equipment in at
cost and pass it through on your invoice.
Yes. The Village Green lot has open parking that’s free and unrestricted in the evenings and on
weekends. There’s capacity for well over 100 vehicles, and the lot is well-lit. For events with
150+ guests, we’ll occasionally coordinate with neighboring tenants to confirm no overlap, but in
practice this has never been a constraint.
Yes, this is standard for us. When we send the menu draft, you tell us roughly how many
vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-allergy guests to plan for, and we adjust the
buffet or plated options so every guest has a substantial entrée, not just a side. For seated
dinners, we can also tag guest place cards by dietary need if you provide the list in advance.
Our standard contract allows you to reschedule once, at no penalty, with at least 14 days’
notice. The deposit moves to the new date. If the event is cancelled outright within 14 days,
the deposit is forfeited; outside of 14 days, deposits are refundable minus a small administrative
fee. For events with significant pre-purchasing (specialty liquor, custom signage), additional
terms may apply and will be spelled out in the contract.
